Introduction
Project quality is often based on managerial concepts, which include quality leadership, managing project risk, managing project quality, and managing people. This task delved into project management, quality, and risk associated with people for the 10.5km Osogbo-Ikirun Road project by Sammya Nigeria Limited in Osun State, Nigeria.
